In teaching you cannot see the fruit of a day’s work. It is invisible and remains so, maybe for twenty years.
Henry Adams ever said that A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops. I couldn’t more agree with this. I think the dream begins with a teacher who believes in you, who tugs and pushes and leads you to the next plateau, sometimes poking you with a sharp stick called “truth”. They know you feel uncomfortable sometimes, but they do have it 5 times harder to see you lost in hope. To stimulate life, leaving it then free to develop, to unfold, herein lies are the first task of the teacher.
Good teaching is more a giving of right questions than a giving of right answers. They stimulate your brain, giving it food and not you expected, you totally in to the thinking of them.
Everyone has their favorite teacher and their -not so want to remember but unfortunately – still remember teacher..the last one is the teacher you avoid, scare of, and maybe you make fun with them...
